How the activity works

1

📍 Welcome of participants

Upon arrival, participants are welcomed by our activity leaders, who introduce the concept of the team cooking experience and explain how the challenges work. Teams are then formed and briefed on the instructions before embarking on this collaborative culinary challenge.
2

👃🏻 Food quiz and flavour discovery

Before getting behind the stove, teams compete in a buzzer-style culinary quiz, where quick thinking and food knowledge help them score points. Next comes an aroma recognition challenge, where participants put their senses to the test by identifying different scents and helping their team win. These fun opening challenges encourage problem-solving, teamwork and friendly competition!
3

🧑🏻‍🍳 Let’s get cooking!

Let your creativity shine! Using a selection of pre-determined ingredients, each team designs and prepares its own dishes, focusing on cutting techniques, flavour combinations and presentation, with expert guidance from a professional chef in a traditional white chef’s hat.

For this culinary team-building challenge, participants divide up the tasks: one group prepares the starter, another takes care of the main course, and the remaining team members create the dessert. Everyone contributes their own ideas and skills to create a balanced and delicious menu.

The goal? To combine imagination, teamwork and culinary skills to produce dishes that are as delicious as they are beautifully presented! It’s a fun and engaging group cooking experience in the Beaujolais, perfect for strengthening team spirit and bringing colleagues together.

🏆 The Judges’ Verdict

It’s time for the judges’ verdict! Once all the dishes have been plated, the judges carefully assess each creation, taking into account presentation, originality, visual appeal and attention to detail.

At the end of the judging process, the top teams are rewarded for their creativity, teamwork and the quality of their culinary creations. A fun and suspense-filled moment that brings this culinary team-building challenge in the Beaujolais to a memorable close!
5

🍴 Forks at the ready!

Time to taste the creations! After all the hard work comes the reward. Once the culinary challenge is over, the teams gather around the different dishes to enjoy a relaxed and sociable moment together. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover and sample each team’s creations, share feedback and enjoy the delicious results of their efforts in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

A wonderful way to bring this culinary team-building activity in the Beaujolais to a close, celebrating the joy of cooking together, creativity and team spirit.
